When I started
After i got cut 4rm volleyball (which i had been training all summer 4)
How I started
After i got cut 4rm volleyball (which i had been training all summer 4) i was in da dumps so i started eating SUPER healthy nd running a mile everyday nd after my mile i would do yoga. i eventually dropped running everyday 2 running maybe 3 times a week nd i did intense yoga everyday!
Why I love it
it increases flexibility 4 cheer ;) nd increases my physical endurance 4 other sports
i started in 2010 during the winter season! this was my 1st year!
i started cuz i always wanted to cheer so my friends finally convienced me 2 tryout nd i made it nd i was a pretty rockin base!!! <333 i luv it so much!
its a sport where we do the unexpected! like everyone says its not a sport but from my injuries dat i got every practice it definately is! also u cant help but luv ur teamates cuz ur together all da time and ur so close all da time (like in stunts....dats way 2 close 4 me!)
How I stay motivated
my coach nd my teamates motivate me along wit my FAMILY!!! nd my BOO keeps me motivated *kiss kiss* luv u booski!!!
